PS — if you’re curious, here’s what I’m doing these days:

  1. Working 1:1 working with cool SaaS companies like Wistia, MeetEdgar, and FullStory to find their customers’ “jobs” to be done — then turning what we learn into high-converting marketing experiences (like landing pages, website copy, email campaigns, and onboarding flows)
  2. Training in-house marketing teams to conduct Jobs to be Done interviews — so they have the skills forever, and can apply JTBD to their work long-term.
